Shipping Policy

How much does shipping cost? We offer transparent, zone-based shipping from our hub in Florida. Your shipping total is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

Southeast (FL, GA, LA, etc.): Standard rates start at $8.50.

West Coast (OR, CA, WA, etc.): Standard rates start at $21.00.

Note: Final shipping costs are determined by the total weight and dimensions of your "One-Shot" order.

When will my order ship? All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times:

Southeast: 2–4 business days.

Central/East: 3–5 business days.

West Coast: 5–7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original, unused condition.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend using a tracked service).

What if my item arrives damaged? If your package had a rough journey from Florida, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
